TERMINAL WORKER KARLSTAD (PART-TIME)

Instabox Karlstad needs to reinforce its workforce and is currently seeking skilled terminal workers for its terminal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a terminal worker you will work at Instabox's terminal where thousands of packages arrive for delivery to customers. The work involves both mechanical and manual sorting to varying degrees, depending on your location. Your responsibility is to ensure that operations continue smoothly by carefully ensuring that goods enter and exit the terminal according to schedule. The job is suitable for those who are studying at least 50%, or alternatively, have another job of at least 50%.

Sorting - Scanning - Picking - Courier Driving

NOTE! Please be aware that in this position, you will also handle boxes containing alcohol.

As a terminal worker you thrive in a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging environment. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and is conducted at a high pace, making good physical condition a requirement. The ability to handle IT tools is also beneficial. Being perceived as positive and professional is important – Instabox expects good service and high quality. Personally, you are punctual, meticulous, and spread a positive atmosphere. You are a natural problem solver and love challenges.

WORKING HOURS

You are expected to work approximately 3 days/week, Monday to Friday. Working hours may vary and are flexible between 08:00-17:00. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• B driver's license
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Strong team player
• Good physical condition
• Ability to handle boxes containing alcohol
• Good language skills in Swedish or English (written and verbal)
• You are a student or have another occupation (another job) of at least 50%
• Background check – Zero tolerance for criminal records
