INSTABEE ÖREBRO WAREHOUSE WORKER AND DELIVERY DRIVER (PART-TIME)
Instabee Örebro needs to strengthen its workforce and is looking for skilled warehouse workers and delivery drivers for its terminal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a warehouse worker, you'll work at Instabee's terminal, where thousands of parcels arrive to be reloaded, sorted, and sent out for delivery. The work involves both mechanical and manual sorting to varying degrees, depending on where you're stationed. This includes making sure operations run smoothly by carefully ensuring that goods move in and out of the terminal according to schedule. As a delivery driver, you'll drive out and deliver parcels within our district, either as courier deliveries or home deliveries directly to customers, always providing excellent service. This job suits you if you're studying at least 50%, or have another job at least 50%.
PLEASE NOTE! This role may involve handling boxes containing alcohol.

As a warehouse worker and delivery driver, you thrive in a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging job. The work involves plenty of physically demanding tasks and takes place at a high pace, which means good physical fitness is essential, and you're able to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding work. You have good driving skills in urban environments and are used to careful handling of goods. Being comfortable with IT tools is also a good trait to have. Coming across as positive and professional matters — Instabee expects good service and high quality. As a person, you're punctual, thorough, and spread a positive atmosphere around you. You're resilient under pressure, used to working toward set goals and under time pressure, and a natural problem-solver who loves a challenge. You're a strong team player who contributes to a good working environment and shows loyalty and drive, while also taking ownership and helping out wherever needed.
WORKING HOURS
You're expected to be able to work approximately 3–4 days a week, and hours may vary between 06:30–18:00, 15:30–22:30, or 15:30–00:00. Weekend work occurs.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Category B driving license
- Forklift license A1-4
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good computer skills
- Strong team player
- Good physical fitness
- Swedish or English (written and verbal)
- You're a student or otherwise employed (another job) at least 50%
- Background check – zero tolerance for criminal record
