TERMINAL WORKER BONWAY MALMÖ

Bonway is now strengthening its team and looking for new colleagues to join its terminal in Malmö.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a terminal worker, you'll be part of the sorting operation, sorting e-commerce parcels for onward distribution. Operations run seven days a week, and you'll play a key role in making sure goods move on in time and to the right quality standard.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and see yourself as a team player who's happy to take on a key role in the operation. The work is physical and carried out under time pressure, so you should be comfortable with that while still maintaining a high level of accuracy. You're willing to go the extra mile so that you and your team deliver on time. In busy moments, you stay focused and communicate clearly with your colleagues. Since fine sorting of parcels is done using a scanner, you should feel confident using technical equipment. The role suits you if you're studying at least 50%, or have another job of at least 50%.

WORKING HOURS

You should be able to work approximately 2-3 days/week, with shifts varying between 08:00-16:30 or 15:30-23:00. Weekend work may occur.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 18 years old
• Forklift license A1-4
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Experienced with, or confident using, a scanner and other technical equipment
• Enjoy physically demanding work at a fast pace
• Currently studying or have other employment (another job) of at least 50%
• Background check - zero tolerance for criminal record findings
