TERMINAL WORKER AND COURIER DRIVER (PART-TIME)

Budbee Örebro is looking to strengthen its workforce and is seeking skilled terminal workers and courier drivers for its terminal. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a terminal worker, you will work in Budbee's terminal where thousands of packages arrive to be loaded, sorted, and dispatched for delivery. The work involves both mechanical and manual sorting to varying degrees depending on the area you work in. The focus is on ensuring smooth operations by carefully ensuring that goods enter and exit the terminal according to schedule. The job is suitable for those who are studying at least 50%, or alternatively, have another job of at least 50%.

NOTE! This position may involve handling boxes containing alcohol.

As a terminal worker, you thrive in a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging environment. The job involves heavy lifting and operates at a high pace, so good physical fitness is essential. Being able to handle IT tools is also beneficial. Being perceived as positive and professional is important – Budbee expects good service and high quality. As a person, you are punctual, detail-oriented, and spread a positive atmosphere. You are a natural problem solver and love challenges.

WORKING HOURS

You are expected to work approximately 3 days/week and the working hours may vary but are usually between 07:00-16:00 or 17:00-23:00. Weekend work occurs.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 18 years old
• B-driver's license
• A Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Team player
• Good physical condition
• Swedish or English (written and verbal)
• You are a student or have another occupation (another job) of at least 50%
• Background check – Zero tolerance for criminal records

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Experience in similar work
• Forklift license

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
