TERMINAL WORKER AND COURIER DRIVER ÖSTERSUND (PART-TIME)

Instabox Östersund is looking to strengthen its workforce and is currently seeking skilled terminal workers for its terminal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a terminal worker, you will work at the Instabox terminal, where thousands of packages are received, sorted, and prepared for delivery. The job involves both mechanical and manual sorting to varying degrees, depending on where you work. Your task is to ensure the smooth operation of the terminal by carefully making sure that goods are processed in and out of the terminal according to schedule. This job suits someone studying at least 50% or who has another job of at least 50%.

NOTE! In this role, you will also be required to handle boxes containing alcohol.

As a terminal worker, you enjoy a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging job. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and takes place at a high tempo, meaning good physical condition is essential. The ability to handle IT tools is also a valuable skill. A positive and professional attitude is important – Instabox expects excellent service and high quality. As a person, you are punctual, thorough, and spread a positive atmosphere around you. You are a natural problem solver and love challenges.

WORKING HOURS

You are expected to work around 3 days a week, Monday to Friday. Working hours can vary but are usually 08:00-17:00. Weekend may occur. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• B driving license (manual)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Strong team player
• Good physical condition
• Ability to handle boxes containing alcohol
• Proficiency in Swedish or English (written and spoken)
• You are a student or have another occupation (other job) of at least 50%
• Background check – Zero tolerance for a criminal record

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in similar work
• Forklift license

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a fixed-term employment (part-time as needed).
